RETURNS & REFUNDS

 All sales are final. Due to the nature of our pieces—handcrafted, made-to-order, and often one-of-a-kind—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 12 days of delivery at luiandluicorp@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. 

We review each case individually and will gladly work with you to find a fair solution. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

• We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery.

• Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

• Glass is a delicate material and should be handled with care.
